MATTAM Property Services is a husband-and-wife team bringing a sharp eye for interior styling to properties across North Wales and North West England. Whether it's a rental that needs to stand out, a short-let or Airbnb that needs to convert browsers into bookings, or a home that needs to sell faster — we stage for anyone with a property that deserves to look its best.
From empty, tired rooms to fully styled, photo-ready spaces, we handle the sourcing, the styling and the finishing touches, so your listing photos do the selling for you.

The only additional costs are the furniture, furnishings, accessories and other items purchased specifically for your property. These are charged separately at cost.
We work with you to understand your budget and can source items that suit your requirements, style and investment level. From essential pieces to finishing touches, we manage the selection and sourcing process to help create a beautifully presented property while keeping your budget in mind.
There are no hidden fees — our service fee is a set cost for the planning, styling, sourcing, coordination and preparation of your property.
From £4,000
For clients who prefer a completely hands-off service. Includes everything in our Full Property Staging service, plus the cost of all furniture, furnishings, accessories, kitchenware, bedding, soft furnishings and décor — leaving your property fully equipped and ready for guests from day one.
Prices are provided by quotation and tailored to the size of the property and your individual requirements.
